Student Services
Student Services are offered at every delivery site and you can access the right person by asking your tutor. The Student Services Coordinator, Shanon, oversees the Student Services department and is based at EmployNZ Head Office in Second Ave Tauranga.
Student Services can support you and your parents / caregivers, whanau and school teachers and your support crew as you move into EmployNZ and we will support you where we can while you are with us.
Student Services may include anything from:
- Help completing your enrolment forms
- Updating your personal and contact details while you are studying
- Support organising things you need to get started at EmployNZ
- Requesting and picking up your Student ID Card
- Accessing you NSI number and NZQA Record of Achievement
- Support with accessing Studylink – Student Loans and Allowances
- Organizing your Youth Guarantee – Travel Allowance
- Organizing a temporary Bus Card to get top course before your travel payments start
- Questions and printing of your EmployNZ Academic Results and Transcripts
- Support to access stationary and using the photocopier
- Information about courses
- Organizing referrals to the Student Support staff
Student Services staff and your Tutors are the best place to start when you need anything while you are studying at EmployNZ.
We are always looking to see how else we can support students while they are at EmployNZ. If you feel that we could add to our list of Student Services please let us know!
Accessing Student Services
Second Ave
The Student Service Team includes our Receptionist, Onyx so please ask her or whoever is covering the desk for any help you need and they will refer you to who can best support you.
Bay of Plenty Sites – Mount Maunganui | Rotorua | Whakatane
If you are at one of the other branches your Tutor will provide the Student Services for you or will ask you to call 0800 002 159 for one of the team at 2nd Ave to help you.
Auckland Sites – Onehunga | Henderson
If you are studying ESOL in Auckland please contact the Campus Manager, Pooja and she will provide the Student Services for you from our Onehunga or Henderson sites.
